It made it’s official release last Thursday at the Miami Boat show. With a General Motors small block V8 this motor is truly a beast.

This is without a doubt the most technologically advanced motor I have ever seen. As if pairing up with GM wasn’t enough, Seven Marine also joined forces with ZF Marine to create the first joy-stick operated outboard. ZF also developed a special shifting system for the motor as well using a CAN-bus controlled disc-clutch transmission, allowing smooth, computer-controlled shifting.

It also features a closed-loop cooling system, dualwall stainless steel exhaust manifolds, adjustable dual water pick-ups, octane scaler that features ECU mapping for various grades of fuel.

Another interesting change is a cowling very similar the the 2-piece design of the Mercury Verado. A hinged top cowling allowing you to check the engine without any hassel.

They are custom painted to customer specs, so no more dealing with 1 color.
