Blackfish Fishing (Tautog Fishing)Captains Andy LoCascio, Rich Tenreiro, and John Marino of American Sportfishing Charters join forces and head to Greenwich, CT to fish some of the deep water wrecks in the Long Island Sound. They demonstrate how to properly anchor on the wrecks as well as what it it takes to pull big blackfish (tautog) off the wrecks.They catch dozens of blackfish, many over 5lbs and several over 9lbs.

Capt John is a frequent guest on Northeast Angling and has been fishing the western Long Island Sound for many years.  He has pioneered  a variety of blackfish (tautog) and striper techniques.
